If you have to be ready at short notice,
to go out and work at night in any conditions, can you be sure that
the equipment you will use to SEE with, will be as ready as you
are?
- Heavy Duty Construction – High impact engineering polymer
UV solvent and fuel resistant. Suitable for sub zero conditions, waterproof
to IP 65.
- Torch mode – High power search beam
- Worklight mode – Electronically ‘softened’ low power
worklight beam
- Fully adjustable – Lamp head can be angled and rotated
to any position. Height adjustable 180–490mm. Provides full Hands free
operation.
- ‘Fuel’ gauge – The Linelite indicates its current
state of charge both in use and during recharge.
- Low Power Warning – Provides visual warning to user
before it loses power by ‘quivering’ the main beam and a red LED. This
allows users in tunnels etc to plan sufficient time to eat before battery
is fully drained.

Performance features in use.
- A universally adjustable Lamp head with secondary light
that automatically cuts in should the main filament fail
- Two Beam Intensities including electronically softened
low beam for close up work.
- Has a fuel gauge to constantly monitor the electrical
current and voltage, the LED blinks a colour coded sequence to let you
know whether the Line-Lite is charged completely. It even signals when
it is nearly out of energy, of course the LED also tells you the Line-Lite’s
charged stage while it is being re-charged. So whether you are in the
field and relying on your Line-Lite, or whether you have it on it’s
charge rack, you can always tell the amount of energy remaining in the
battery. No longer do you need to fear getting stranded in the dark
by a light that cannot tell you when its battery is getting low.
- The Line-Lite warns you before it loses its power by
quivering it’s main beam every six seconds and blinking it’s LED red.
Even if you are too immersed in your work to notice the low fuel gauge
reading, this warning will always give you time to retreat to safety.
This battery monitoring system ensures the Line-Lite will not over discharge.
- Constant adjustment of lamp to give constant light
intensity even as battery voltage drops.
- Soft Start of lamp filament extends life to 5 times
normal.
Recharging Performance features.
- The storage rack is the recharge rack meaning the Line-Lite
is always ready to go, recharges in less then six hours from a complete
discharge. Other high capacity work lights require up to 30 hours before
they can be placed into
service again, which is impractical for professional use where portable
lighting is needed for many days in a row.
- Line-Lite can be charged direct from 12 or from mains
AC supply. It has a “jump start” feature that helps bring a dead battery
back to life - even in cases
where it has been neglected for so long that it has developed “open”
cell.
With a Line-Lite you’ll be able to revive your battery instead of paying
to
replace it.
- Line-Lite’s circuitry has a “Power Analyser” this checks
the power available to recharge the Line-Lite, once the Line-Lite is
fully charged .
- Line-Lite used harmonic induction pulse charging technology
to totally clean the battery cell plates between charges and deliver
up to 1200 charge cycles over the life of the battery. This is an especially
valuable service for older batteries.
- Stops using needless energy once it is charged and
goes into a low power “sleep” mode operated by it’s own battery. Then
every 24 hours, it “wakes up” automatically to analyse the battery”s
condition and if necessary, draw a little more power, before going back
to sleep, this greatly extends the life of the battery by adjusting
the charge rate to compensate for the all important effects of temperature.
Line-Lite stops pulling power once the unit is charged. (No drain on
vehicle batteries).
- Stops charging if another device places demand on
the electrical system.
- Line-Lite doubles as an emergency light while on the
charger by turning itself on automatically when a power failure is detected
(when mode selected).
- Line-Lite is able to provide diagnostic read out of
lamp performance via LED giving information on charge cycles and hours
of use.
