HOT ROD / STICK TESTER

It is a portable instrument for insulation tests of poles, hot sticks and fibreglass ladders. It is the most important safety-component of Hot line-Tools, Disconnecting Sticks and Hot Line-Ladders, used in Hot line Maintenance and earthing-equipment.

The Ritelite Hot Rod/Stick Tester provides immediate and accurate information of the status of the electrical insulation over the full length of the pole through "APPROVED" and "DISAPPROVED" indication, equivalent to an application of 100 kV over 11 5/8" inches (30cm) - ASTM-f-711.
