TEMPORARY SHORT CIRCUITING STICK FOR LV NETWORKS

This temporary short-circuiting stick for secondary systems is used in overhead low voltage lines which are not energised, providing safety during “dead line maintenance” against electrical accidents, which may be caused by an accidental switch of the system, lightning strikes, etc.

This is a very simple and practical device for simultaneous connection of all three-phase conductors to the earth conductor, causing a short circuit in one movement.

The fixing grips are connected to the conductor by pressure springs, providing a fast installation, without damaging the conductors.

The grips linking bar has a screw in its end, making it possible to connect a conductor to the ground.
