• Used alone, U-Scan DX can detect natural signals from underground pipes and cables in its Power and Radio modes of operation.
• Used in conjunction with C.Scope transmitting devices, a variety of highly selective and long distance tracing procedures can be carried out.
• Sensitivity is adjustable. Signal strength is indicated on an analogue meter and also via the built-in loudspeaker (headphone option).
• With a suitable 28kHz continuous tone signal on the line the U-Scan DX will read the depth on the meter scale with high accuracy to 3 metres.
• Sonde to 9 metres.
