C SCOPE SIGNAL GENERATOR

• The C.Scope Signal Generator SGA supplies a 33KHz signal which can be applied to a metallic service either by a direct connection or by induction.
• A pulsed tone is used for general detection purposes as this is easy to pick out from other signals on the same line.
• A continuous tone is used for depth measurement.
• Signal strength is adjustable for greater selectivity or longer distance tracing.
• Connection of the signal to the service is made either by connection (using the leads and clips supplied), or via a Signal Clamp, or by induction where the Signal Generator is placed near the service in question.
• The C Scope signal generator SGV is similar to the SGA except it gives the user more selective output for a wider range of tracing tasks.
